How to reach me out?
Frequently asked questions
1. In which languages do you work as a web designer and photographer?
Dutch is my native language (C2), and my other working languages are English and French (C1). I also have a basic knowledge of Spanish and German.
2. Sorry, but how do I actually pronounce your name?
Don’t worry! My name is Jochem, a typical Dutch name. French speakers often call me “Joachim,” and in Spanish it becomes “Joaquín.” So you’re not the only one who needs a little time to get used to it.
3. Where do you work from?
I work from my home office in Brussels. It’s in Etterbeek, near the Merode metro station and the Parc du Cinquantenaire.
4. Where do you meet with your clients?
That depends on the arrangement. I usually meet with my clients at a coworking space, a coffee shop, or at their own company or organization. For photo shoots, we work together to choose a location that suits the project. I do not receive clients in my home office.
5. I can not come to Brussels - can we meet online or talk on the phone?
Of course. Feel free to contact me by email (info@jochemoomen.com) to schedule a meeting on Teams. Or call or text me at +32 470 952 577.
6. How can I schedule an online appointment?
By sending me an email (info@jochemoomen.com) or calling or texting me at +32 470 952 577.
7. How can I schedule an in-person appointment?
You can also send me an email (info@jochemoomen.com) or call or text me at +32 470 952 577.
8. When can I reach you?
My office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During these hours, I can be reached by phone, WhatsApp, Signal, and email. I’m flexible when it comes to photo shoots: I also do them in the evenings and on weekends.
