- Websites in WordPress: this is a flexible and open system that is ideal for sustainable web design. You have control over your content and hosting.
- Minimalist design with Divi (or alternative): I use the theme and builder Divi to create a clean and functional design. Fewer unnecessary elements lead to a faster site and lower carbon footprint. Would you rather choose a different theme or builder? Of course, you can do that too.

Sustainable collaboration: online or in Brussels. We meet online, or I come to you sustainably by bike or public transport in Brussels. This also keeps our collaboration energy efficient.

Personal guidance: from the start until after the launch, I personally guide you. You will also learn how to work with your website so that you can continue independently. After the launch, I won’t let you go yet, because you are entitled to remote technical assistance.

This is how we build your sustainable website – step by step
First meeting: strategy and style
We discuss your mission, target audience, desired look, colors, font and content. I create an initial design based on your ideas.
Second meeting: refining the design
You give feedback on the initial proposal. Based on that, I adjust the design and work further.
Third meeting: SEO and mobile
I make sure your website is findable in search engines and works beautifully on all screens. Both on desktop, tablet and smartphone.
Fourth meeting: launch & training
After a final check, I put your website online. I teach you how to edit your own pages or publish a blog.
Remote technical assistance
Need help after delivery? You get easy remote technical support. In addition, you will have access to my video library and you can reach me by email with questions. I charge separate rates for new content or enhancements.

By getting the number of bytes down! By designing only what is really needed. Think minimalist and functional design without redundancy. There are also technical interventions that reduce carbon emissions, such as optimizing images, hosting fonts locally and reducing the number of scripts. Additionally, sustainable hosting contributes to an even more energy-efficient website.

You don’t need in-depth knowledge. With my short post-launch training and access to the online video library, you’ll easily learn to manage your website yourself.

By incorporating targeted keywords and queries into your website. We do this in the titles, paragraphs, alternative texts of images and more. I don’t write texts for you, but I can give you tips. Loading speed, optimization for mobile use and structure also contribute to your findability.
6. How much does a sustainable website cost?
You can do that starting at €697 for a template-based site. If you choose customization, which I usually recommend, the base price is € 1197.
