This is how I work: a personalized approach
- Websites in WordPress: this is a flexible, open-source platform—ideal for sustainable web design. It gives you full control over your content and hosting.
- Minimalist design with Divi (or another builder): I use the Divi theme and builder to create clean, functional designs. Fewer unnecessary elements mean a faster website and a lower carbon footprint.
Prefer to use a different theme or builder? No problem, I’m happy to work with your preferred tools. -
Sustainable collaboration: online or in Brussels. We can meet online, or I’ll visit you sustainably by bike or public transport within Brussels. This way, our collaboration stays energy-efficient and eco-friendly.

Personal guidance: from start to finish, and beyond, I’ll personally guide you through the entire process. You’ll also learn how to manage your website independently, so you can confidently take over. And after the launch, I’m still here for you, offering remote technical support.

This is how we build your sustainable website – step by step
First meeting: strategy and style
We discuss your mission, target audience, desired look, colors, font and content. I create an initial design based on your ideas.
Second meeting: refining the design
You give feedback on the initial proposal. Based on that, I adjust the design and work further.
Third meeting: SEO and mobile
I make sure your website is visible in search engines and works beautifully on all screens. Both on desktop, tablet and smartphone.
Fourth meeting: launch & training
After a final check, I put your website online. I teach you how to edit your own pages or publish a blog.
Remote technical assistance
Need help after delivery? You get basic remote technical support. In addition, you will have access to my video library and you can reach me by email with questions. Separate rates apply for new content or additional features.

By getting the number of bytes down! By designing only what is really needed. Think minimalist and functional design without redundancy. There are also technical interventions that reduce carbon emissions, such as optimizing images, hosting fonts locally and limiting the number of scripts. In addition, sustainable hosting contributes to a site that is even more energy efficient.

A sustainable website is usually a fast website. Sites designed sustainably load at lightning speed and have a better visibility in search engines like Ecosia or Google. And minimalist websites are structured, making them easier for AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to understand.

You don’t need in-depth knowledge. With my short post-launch training and access to the online video library, you’ll easily learn to manage your website yourself.

By integrating targeted keywords and queries into your website. We do this in the titles, paragraphs, alternative texts of images and more. I don’t write texts for you, but I can give you tips. Loading speed, optimization for mobile use and structure also contribute to your visibility.
6. How much does a sustainable website cost?
You can do that starting at €697 for a template-based site. If you choose a tailor-made website, which I usually recommend, the base price is € 1197.
